Based on the book Product Backlog Building: a practical guide to define, prioritize, and refine backlogs for successful products, by authors Fábio Aguiar and Paulo Caroli, the PBB training is a unique and intense 7-hour experience, in online and live format. Through hands-on sessions, participants will experience, in practice, the elaboration and refinement of an effective and collaborative Backlog through the Product Backlog Building (PBB), a Product Backlog construction process that uses the PBB Canvas as a tool for facilitation.

You will learn:

  • Build a shared understanding of the product need;
  • Facilitate the writing of User Stories;
  • How to structure the granularity of backlog items;
  • Prioritize the most important items for the product;
  • Improve the team’s work by (continuously) building and refining the backlog.
